Stucco Inspection Process

Peachtree Stucco provides next day, comprehensive stucco inspections.

When moisture enters your home, it will damage the structural components over time. Unfortunately, most leaks continue for long periods of time causing a lot of costly damage. Big leaks are easy to detect as water will stain the ceiling or pool on the floor. Slow leaks, however, will spread undetected over long periods of time. 

Visual Inspection

We will perform a visual inspection of each stucco cladded elevation. Any problem areas will be documented in the report.

The visual inspection will also include drone photography for reach areas (terrain permitting).

This portion of the inspection will also include visually identifiable  ancillary damage, such as rotting wood trim or soffits.

Moisture Content Determined

Each identified problem area will then be checked for moisture content, recorded and submitted in our report.

Reporting Our Conclusions

Our reports are generated 24 hours after  the inspection and are available after payment. Within each report, each identified item will have a recommended course of action to repair or remediate.

Cost

All residential stucco inspections cost 399 USD (up to 5000 square feet). Larger houses and commercial properties will vary in price. We accept cash, checks, Discover, Visa, Mastercard and American Express!
