Can You Stop The Birds?
No, we cannot. You can minimize your chances by removing feeders, water sources and trimming branches away from your structure. Results from ribbons, balloons, plastic owls, etc are not consistent.
How Long Do Sealants Last?
When properly applied you can expect 10 years or more. There are some variable that can shorten the lifespan such as weather conditions and substrate integrity..

We wouldn't recommend it. We also wouldn't hire a plumber to fix an electrical box either!
Our Paint Company Said They Can Caulk!
Using the manufacturers' specified materials is key. There is massive difference between painter's caulk and stucco sealants. There is also a difference in how they are applied, especially if the sealant has aggregate in it.
Is Soft Washing Recommended?
Yes. Washing your home's exterior should be a part of regular maintenance and is a service we perform.

Yes we do. These should be performed prior to the purchase or sale of a home. We perform re-inspections once recommended work is completed.
