Warranty

Peachtree Stucco provides a transferable two year labor and materials warranty on all work performed. The following exceptions are not covered by this warranty: bird/rodent/pest holes, damage and/or modification done by others, environmental and natural disasters (such as hail, grade settlement. flooding, fire, lightning, etc..), and failure due to components (by others) outside of the work scope. No other warranty is implied.

This warranty is transferable upon request. Clients must contact Peachtree Stucco to update owner information. All warranties begin from the invoice or receipt date, whichever is later

Any third party modification of work completed [by Peachtree Stucco, LLC] voids any warranty, written or implied. Any third party modification of work completed [by Peachtree Stucco, LLC] fully releases Peachtree Stucco, LLC from the performance of any work completed [by Peachtree Stucco]..

Estimate Generation & Acceptance

All estimates are free of charge. Estimates are performed from the ground compiling data from the client, inspection report(s), drone footage and visual inspection. There may be areas the estimator cannot see and may inadvertently miss. Additional areas discovered may be addressed by a “Change Order” only.

To accept a proposal, client will sign and return (physically or digitally)  within the expiry period. Peachtree Stucco will give confirmation of receipt and provide production scheduling to client. If client has not been assigned a production date, Peachtree Stucco has not received the signed proposal.

Both parties have a three (3) day Right of rescission from the time of receipt of a signed contract in our office.

Production of Work

Peachtree Stucco will only begin production after receipt of a proposal signed by client or client’s agent.

Peachtree Stucco will furnish labor and materials and complete all work in accordance with the specifications described in the proposal. All work will be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from the proposed work scope will be addressed in a ‘Change Order’ or “Add-on Sheet” and may result in a price difference. Work described in “Change Orders” or “Add-on Sheets” will only be performed upon acceptance by the client.

Any plants, trees, or shrubbery that is within 18 inches of the exterior walls/stucco will need to be trimmed back for access to work area(s). In the event this is not completed prior to production, Peachtree Stucco will not be responsible for any damage to plants, trees or shrubbery during its performance of work. Client agrees to hold Peachtree Stucco harmless in the event plants or vegetation are damaged. Peachtree Stucco will cover all applicable work areas to minimize any damage.

Client agrees to provide running water and electricity on the premises. Peachtree Stucco may accommodate job sites that lack these with advance notice. Additional charges may apply.

Peachtree Stucco will clean each job site daily and will replace ground cover, as necessary, prior to completion.

All stucco repair work is custom matched for color and/or texture. Due to conditions beyond Peachtree Stucco’s control including (but not limited to) fading of the stucco and/or paint, mildew and/or stains and other environmental factors, the color/texture may not match perfectly from one elevation to another or the area(s) surrounding the patch(s). Patching, touching up, or repairing of any cracks, holes, impact damage or retrofit may not completely blend in with the original wall texture. The only way to eliminate an aesthetic problem would be to resurface (base coat skim and acrylic finish applied) the entire wall area (panel) and  repaint. If not satisfied with the color of the repaired areas, the client should have those areas painted.

Peachtree Stucco, where available, will walk clients through the completed work items. This provides the client a detailed explanation and walk-through of the work performed, items of interest noted by the crew and future maintenance  suggestions for these areas. Any punch items should be noted at this time.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion Payment methods accepted are check or credit card. Peachtree Stucco accepts American Express, Visa, Discover and Mastercard. Payment by check should be made out to “Peachtree Stucco”. Payments made by credit card may be subject to a 4% convenience fee.

Any other payment arrangements must be made prior to production and notated within the proposal. Commercial accounts utilizing Net30 or Net60 are exempt from this policy.

Peachtree Stucco will charge a late fee of 2% on the outstanding balance after seven (7) days from  invoicing. After thirty (30) days of non-payment, a court action or lien may be placed on the property for non-payment. Peachtree Stucco will notify the property owner by certified mail this action has been taken. In the event it becomes necessary, client (property owner and/or owner’s agent) agrees to pay all collection fees, attorney fees, court fees, filing costs, and other legal fees in the event the account becomes past due.

Peachtree Stucco, LLC is not responsible for the curation of data collected by others.  Users of this website agree to hold Peachtree Stucco, LLC harmless for data collected by others.

Any issues arising from the service or products provided by Peachtree Stucco, LLC should be made in writing to the project manager assigned to the project. The project manager is listed as the agent for Peachtree Stucco in each proposal.

Users of Peachtree Stucco’s goods and services will provide Peachtree Stucco up to 120 days after written submissions to respond or make any corrective actions. Users agree completion of any corrective action, as determined by Peachtree Stucco, LLC, may fall outside of 120 days contingent upon (but not limited to) the current workload.

These Terms and Conditions may change at any time. Peachtree Stucco, LLC reserves the right to make changes at anytime, unannounced.
